Q: Do I need to be present during the cleaning process?

It is not mandatory for you to be present during the cleaning service. Many of our clients prefer to provide us with access to their homes and trust our experienced and professional cleaning teams to complete the job efficiently. Rest assured, all our cleaning professionals are carefully trained and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional services.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning results?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with the cleaning results, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will promptly address the issue. We offer a satisfaction guarantee, and we will re-clean the specific areas or tasks that did not meet your expectations at no additional cost.
